What happens if I am late?
Late seating is at the discretion of the concert hall management. For most concerts, a late seating break will be scheduled after the first work or at an appropriate point of a larger work, and all late-comers will be seated at that time. If you arrive after the late-seating break and still need to pick up tickets left at the Will Call table, please see the head usher.
What happens if my schedule changes and I cannot attend?
Unfortunately the Handel and Haydn Society cannot offer refunds. If a change in your schedule arises, we do offer exchanges for our subscribers and option to donate tickets back to the Society for subscribers and individual ticket buyers.
Donations must be made before the concert begins. We must receive the tickets in person, by mail, or by fax. A photocopy showing that your tickets have been torn in a half will be required for faxed donations. Donations that need to be made in the 2 hours prior to the concert may be made by phone until the start of the concert. For all last minute donations, the physical tickets will need to be returned at a later time.

What if I lose my tickets?
Do not worry. We keep a record of all tickets purchased through the Handel and Haydn Society Box Office. We're happy to reprint your tickets if you lose them. Call our Box Office at 617 266 3605 and notify them of your problem and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, if you purchased your tickets through a third party, such as BosTix or a concert hall's own box office, you will need to contact that third party vendor.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the concert. If you need to pick up tickets being held for you at the Will Call table, allow 30 minutes prior to the concert. Your tickets will be available starting 90 minutes prior to the concert.

Where can I find parking?
We advise our guests to take public transportation whenever possible. Symphony Hall and NEC's Jordan Hall are all very accessible via Boston's subway and bus systems. If you are driving, click here for a list of convenient parking garages in the area of the concert halls.
Are the halls Handicap accessible?
Yes. The accessible entrance at Symphony Hall is located in the Cohen Wing on Huntington Avenue. At Jordan Hall, it is located just to the left of the main entrance on Gainsborough Street. Symphony Hall and Jordan Hall are equipped with elevators if needed.
