
Susan Platts has appeared with orchestra around the world and won praise for her uniquely rich and wide-ranging voice. Mentored by renowned soprano Jessye Norman, Ms. Platts has appeared with such orchestras as the Philadelphia Orchestra, L’Orchestre de Paris, the American Symphony Orchestra, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Les Violons du Roy, and the Detroit Symphony. She has collaborated with various conductors, including Christoph Eschenbach, Sir Andre Davis, Peter Oundijian, Helmuth Rilling, and Itzhak Perlman. She has recorded extensively for Fontec Records, Dorian Records, ATMA and others. Ms. Platts makes her debut with the Handel and Haydn Society in these concerts.
